The chronometer number engraved into the main plate is 43800 It also has a larger barrel and mainspring which gives a longer power reserve than the base 32A chronometer The rotor bridge has the number 421803.indicating that it is calibre 42.1 which has an improved escapement and added hack seconds feature. This one is marked 'adjusted 5 positions and temp 36000bph chronometer' This is the calibre 42.1 movement which was directly developed from the calibre 32A chronometer. It is accurate to +/- 1 second per day and beats at twice the rate of a normal swiss watch at 36000 beats per hour.
